"We recently stayed at this wonderful B and B. Alison and Adrian are amazing hosts ably assisted by Alison's parents. We arrived late because of the traffic but were able to update our hosts who were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. Upon arrival we were shown to our very pleasant spacious room which was well appointed. Our bed was really comfy and the quietness of the room was just what we wanted after escaping from our hectic city lives. Breakfast was a choice of scrumptious takeaway boxes or a sandwich in the dining room, there was a choice so as we were staying several days we chose to do a different box daily. All were exceptional and packed with local food and I wont spoil the surprise by saying what they were. Centrally located between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe we were able to go to both areas and Adrian used his knowledge of being in the local coastguard to point out the quieter places to go. I would certainly recommend Mullacott Farm and we will be returning as there is more to explore in the area. Ilfracombe is such a quaint town with many fine eating establishments."

"If you are visiting North Devon and need somewhere to stay we would 100% recommend the Rocky Cove! The bnb is right in the Centre of Ilfracombe, minutes away from the entire town. Our room was very well presented being clean and comfy and the spacious size of the room made our stay very pleasant. The en suit bathroom was great with all the amenities you need. The beds and pillows we’re very comfortable and the view (top floor room) was great. Although so close to the centre you’re not disturbed by loud noises from the town (maybe the occasional seagull!) and we found Rocky Cove to be extremely peaceful. Jonah makes the entire experience even better with friendly hospitality and great recommendations for food, drinks and places to visit in the nearby area. Cooked breakfast is a must have for with produce sourced locally by Jonah himself and cooked to perfection. Vegie options were available even though we didn’t need these. Don’t miss out on the cereal’s, yoghurts and fruits either. The breakfast room is again well presented and spacious creating a chill vibe in the mornings! No matter what kind of group you are, if you’re looking to book somewhere to stay in North Devon I would not look any further than the Rocky Cove. Make sure you book ASAP because rooms go fast!"

"We could not fault anything about our stay in this lovely guest house. The accessible room, was well laid out and excellent for a wheelchair. Every where was. Comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. Great wet room. The breakfast was also good, freshly cooked, lovely fruit, and yoghurt. Jayne was a was. Welcoming friendly host , who was, very helpful, with a good knowledge of the area. We would highly recommend this guest house."

"We arrived exhausted from walking the coast path and Chris gave us a warm welcome before showing us to our beautiful homely room with a stunning view of the sea. It had been lovingly decorated and we had a huge bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the antique crockery which Chris had spent years collecting. He also made us a hearty and generous packed lunch to take on our walk. Nothing was too much trouble and it was an absolute pleasure to stay somewhere with such a homely atmosphere. If you want somewhere quirky where you will be made to feel at home you’ll love it here."

"We had a beautiful stay at saffron house. The room was very very clean. The owners were so friendly and the breakfast was delicious with lots of different options. I would definitely go back. such a great location, just a short walk to the beach."
