It’s more spacious than the other 2-person bedroom we booked for our sons. It’s corner room. A bit pricier but it’s good for families with young kids. Love that the bathroom is at the other end of the room with extra exit space. Do visit the Titanic cafe - we went there bacause of good reviews. About 10 mins walk. A few shops before the Titanic cafe is a vintage-looking cafe/pub which serves cheap English breakfast offering free-flow hot drinks for and extra £1 plus. This opens on the dot at 8 am whereas the Titanic opens earlier.

Room has not have intercom to call on reception or services, parking charges apply after 9am which wasn’t clear when booking room, kettle was not working,no glass given for water, light was broken.

The hotel is good for its price.

Although this isn`t a quiet area next to roads inside it is quiet and you will get a good night`s sleep. It`s easy for transport and safe. The staff are really helpful and efficient.

The pillows were soft and comfortable and the room was a good size. Tammy on reception was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy.

It’s providing good service , quiet and peaceful environment. Also good and very helpful staff perfect cleanliness I loved it.

Staffs are very helpful and provide wonderful experience. And location is also good. And recommend to others as well. 👍

The rooms was really clean, the staff were all friendly and the parking was easy and convenient, would definitely stay again if I was in the area

Anne and Amit where great hosts at our stay in Ilford. They are very friendly and professional. We enjoyed their help and accommodating our plesent stay.

Very good service from Anne and Amit, they helped us very much with finding our room and guiding us with the car park, excellent customer service received, would 100% stay again!
