Very close to the bus terminal. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast was available at the restaurant opposite. They don't speak any English and the front desk staff is not very friendly.

The location is close to Iksan train station. Room run down with very basic amenities. If u driving, they do provide in-house parking.
Don’t expect more, just 1 night lay over to catch up train for the next day.
