立地がすごいです。天竜峡の中に建っているといっても全く間違いではない。 客室は4階でしたが部屋の窓からは峡谷が一望できます。全客室が峡谷ビューになってるのかな？ 建物は古く、設備も決して新しくありませんが、ゆったりとして落ち着いて過ごせます。女将さんはじめ仲居さん皆さんも優しく丁寧に接していただきました。食事は料理長の手書きメニューが味があってよかったです。 HPに「天龍の湯」では湯船から峡谷が眺められる写真があるのですが、それが無かったような。。。楽しみにしていたのでそれがちょっと残念でした。

We stayed here again this year following last year. The room we stayed in was a corner room with an amazing view from two windows same as last year. All meals were soooo good(All dishes are homemade using local ingredients. )and even the desserts were exquisite. Also wine from Nagano prefecture was delicious.(It is said that the proprietress personally tasted and selected the best ones.) Staffs were all polite and very friendly.Of course the quality of the hot spring was excellent and I bathed many times with lots of amenities.Definitely we will visit again to enjoy a different season next year. Highly recommend 龍峡亭.去年に引き続き今年もこちらに泊まらせていただきました。素晴らしい絶景と完璧なお食事 柔らかい泉質に魅了され また来年も伺わせてください。 女将さん スタッフの皆様 ありがとうございました。

絶景 良い接客 美味しい料理 驚異のコスパ と，批判のしようがない宿です。 しかし，客は，私たちだけでした。 どうして？ 天竜川下りの始点すぐそばの宿は，天竜川下りの人気の無さに，影響されるのか？ もっとこの宿に注目してほしい！ 宿の周囲は，散歩コースになっていて，１時間半くらいで，１周できます。 楽しい！ 観光案内所でいただける “天竜峡お散歩マップ” を，なんと，散歩中に，ご近所の方からいただき，ご説明いただきました。 さすが観光県長野！ こんなに美味しい料理は，久々です。 近ごろは，安い温泉宿ばかり巡っているので，わずか1.2 ~ 1.3 万の宿で，最高レベルの美味しさに出会えるとは，思いもよりませんでした。 飲み物も値打ちです。 牛肉も，上等の肉でした。 料理長は，お身内の若い方だそうです。 湯も，良い湯でしたが，もう少し換気がほしいと思いました。 とてもりっぱな建物で，上皇両陛下も，いらっしゃったそうです。 階段を使える，健脚が必要です。 部屋に網戸があれば，なおよかった。 広縁に温泉の湯船を置けば，伊豆のあせび野，嵯峨沢館や，四国の祖谷美人，函館湯の川プリンスホテルのような，人気宿になるかも。 でも，今でも，いい宿です！
