Great location near the railway station, staff is kind and friendly.

It was close to Iida Station and there was a convenience store just a few minutes walk away, so it was convenient. The room was clean and it was nice that they provided a shoe brush. I always come here when I go to Iida!

There was no lotion among the amenities, and I wish I had brought some. The room was small but quite comfortable, and although I'm not usually able to fall asleep that early, I was able to fall asleep easily, and the large communal bath in the annex was very helpful in relieving the fatigue of my long journey. Thank you very much.

The location is good and I will use it again next time.

The front desk staff patiently booked us tickets for the highway bus back to Shinjuku, and recommended restaurants for dinner in detail. It was really great!

It is a very nice hotel in a small town. It is very close to the station and is very convenient for visiting scenic spots. You can choose this hotel to see cherry blossoms, peach blossoms, and soak in hot springs. The transportation is convenient. There are supermarkets and izakayas nearby.

Due to heavy snowfall, the bus to Nagoya was suspended, so I quickly stayed overnight and arrived at the hotel around 1:30. I was earlier than the check-in time, but I was very grateful that they checked me in to an available room right away. The staff were all very kind and polite. The cost performance was also very good, and I was very happy with the amenities, coffee service, and the large public bath in the annex opposite. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Iida Station.

I thought it would have been even better if there was a seasonal feel, but it was nice to be able to take my time with the breakfast buffet.

飯田駅から多少離れていますが、リニューアルされたのか綺麗なお部屋でした。また飯田に訪れた際には、利用したいと思います。

お風呂のシャワーの水量が強くとても良かった。
