Food is good I will definitely recommend to all the Jain and Gujarati The staff is very curious and very polite epically at the reception I forgot the name other wise I would mentioned. The best part of this resort is this is pure veg resort and there are many Room option Food is best if you will booked Ap plan then you will get Unlimited buffet dinning which is very tasty and delicious The other best part is this property is now managing by Manas so we got the good service . Many rooms opting for family u must booked villa and cottage . Best resort in Igatpuri.

It was a family get together at this resort so we get a opportunity to booked this resort via MMT the resort is very unique for his location because it is surrounded with good nature The food quality is very good and pure veg resort as we all love the food because of the Unlimited buffet dinner For kids there are many options game adventure game zone etc Best for entertainment zone

Excellent Property, Wonderful Experience I had a wonderful experience at Rainforest resort Igatpuri Every staff member I encountered from security, check-in, cleaning till check-out were delightful, polite and eager to help. The rooms were clean, hygienic & very comfortable. All temples and the old market of Igatpuri are close to the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic, my family members enjoyed the delicious food. Thank you Rainforest resort for making our family trip comfortable and memorable. I will always recommend this resort to my family, friends and colleagues. Waiting for the next trip in rainny season

The word rainforest on self identified about this resort is that the resort is very use and it is covered with a very good nature we came here with our family and we booked 3 rooms for senior citizens, The room was very clean and tidy, I really want to saying to the front office team who have taken care of our entire family and given us a ground floor room the food quality was very good, adventure sport was best being a senior citizen really enjoy a lot and the swimming pool was very cleaned it was one of the best ever if you are coming with family then please recommend this resort to everyone because the resort is pure veg hospitality it is 10/10. Note: no Vodafone network

In one word I can say this is family best resort because the resort is very use and a hospitality of the front office was very nice the food quality was very good we really enjoyed a stay and my kids really enjoyed the best day ever because they love the swimming pool the love the adventures and the love the games on area.

We booked 3 bed room villa for a weekend. Great place superb fun. We were lucky to c great Fog and rains. Tambola night was fun. Villa had a sit out area outside where played cards and all. After request they gave us speaker which v used til 11pm. Vegetarian food was tasty too. One of few places where pool is open till late. We also did adventure

Can't describe memories which was never ended in my life. Delicious food and and service was so amazing. FO Manager Mr. Panday ji was very humble treated us a family member Adventure was very best, game zone was best all the staff was very cooperative We will definitely recommend to all..

If you wish to experience terrible service and stay in rooms with a foul smell while paying a hefty amount, then this resort is the place. The staff, including Mr. Pandey, Mr. Rahul, and others, have no sense of how to treat guests. This has been the worst experience of my life. I had booked an executive room with a bathtub, but since the room was in poor condition, I downgraded to a lower-tariff room. However, I never received the refund of around ₹4000. The same issue happened with my brother-in-law and many others. Any service request takes hours to get a response, and in the end, you have to walk to the reception to follow up. There is no intercom facility—only a mobile number is provided, which they rarely answer. Their in-house store charges nearly double the MRP for everything. Please, please avoid this pathetic resort at all cost
