Broad Bean Resort & Spa Reviews

We stayed for 3 days and it was wonderful. Our first encounter in a star resort and it was worth it. Staffs were friendly and kind. Also we tried the SPA which was refreshing and ticked all the boxes. Resort Diner was good and we had dinner for 2 nights which was good . Bit expensive though. The only restaurant is inside the resort and you don't have any around 5kms. So plan accordingly.

Good cleaniness in room as well as campus. Speedy service. Food good quality at reasonable price. All staff supportive. Beautiful landscaping of resort with buggy service. On remote location so u need your private vehicle ,nothing u will get nearby. 24×7 hot water in shower with ample pressure.

Less than average accommodation. Only reason i chose this is because it's close kalarichetra ( kathakali dance and others) food - definitely the worst part of the stay, very unhygienic and we didn't even drink the water there. Rooms - too big but hot and ac is practically useless.

We had a delightful two-day stay. The resort's ambience, food, and facilities are very good. The staff were friendly and courteous, especially the restaurant team. Overall, it was a good experience.

A well maintained property with beautiful rooms, service oriented and lot of attractions like spa, buggy services 24 hours. It’s a scenic beauty with extra large rooms and well maintained.maintenance attends complaints immediately. The lake adjacent to dining place wonderful.

It was amazing experience for us... My kids were very happy and staff was amazing.. Especially security, I forgot his name.. He gave us his umbrella while when we came back to resort... He is so kind and so friendly... Breakfast also was very nice and more choices... Me and my wife and kids enjoyed lot... We will come back soon..... Receptionist girl also very friendly and welcoming... Thank you so much

Worst experience .. took 1 night jacuzzi room and it was of full bed begs .. when asked at reception he should other room with same issue and after that he was least bothered and had only one word to say sorry . While check out also manager was least bothered about my concern and he too was like sorry …

5. Broad bean resort was great in terms of food, amenities, etc but the indoor games are not properly maintained

Good stay very auspicious hospitality very nice atmosphere play area swimming pool restaurant. We can easily find the place.

It was a wonderful stay, we felt comfortable like at home. The location is downhill hence it was a little humid until it didn't rain. Food has limited choice but everything they serve is great in taste. Inside resort amenities are also great for kids to have fun without getting board. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to book it.

Certainly not worth what you pay. My room had no valley view (in fact no view at all). Wall sharing rooms cause noise from other rooms disturb us. Food is just okayish. Service is good.

Wonderful place with beautiful ambience. Food costs are very reasonable as compared to other 5 star hotels. Zipline, boating, fishing etc available inside the property.
