Elixir Hills Suites Resort and Spa

Not happy with their service. Entered the resort at 8:30pm and still did not get clean room with basic amenities in the room like water, towels etc. After checking in so late and even informing them in advance, still basic things were to be requested from the reception. After a tiring journey, one would not like to have such an experience, that too from a reputed brand. While the location was convenient, my experience at this hotel did not meet my expectations, so I would not personally recommend it. There are better options available for an overall experience.

The rooms were neat and spacious. The resort is vast and good to spend time. However the pool was not clean and water temperature was not maintained. The buffet options for breakfast was also very limited.

For me the good thing was the location. The room was spacious. Remaining all were mediocre. We found hair strands on the sheet and we chose to ignore it. For complimentary high tea, we had to walk almost a km to a common restaurant shared by Elixir woods and Elixir hills. We chose the Jacuzzi room obviously for experiencing Jacuzzi and the water was extremely dirty. We tried to drain it and the drain was blocked. We tried calling the house keeping (at 7:00 pm) and they didn’t attend. We tried calling the reception thrice and they didn’t attend. Fourth time they disconnected our call. No return calls nothing. (Btw there is no telephone in your room and you have to call them on their mobile phone and make sure to carry Jio if you want to make calls). We had to call the staff whom we saw from our balcony and had to explain them the issue. They rectified the drain blockage after 20m but no solutions for dirty water. Pool was dirty as well, but children’s pool was okay. Food was okay ish, nothing special. When we informed about this the staff was like, “okay...” after saying that we are not coming back, we heard a sorry and she definitely didn’t mean it. Maybe this is not their first time hearing such issues, who knows. Dear Elixir hills, if you are charging a premium and boasting that you are a 5 star then act like one. I wanted to spend my 5th wedding anniversary at a good place and thanks for ruining it.

The people were welcoming. The property is at an amazing location. But poory maintained and service was quite bad. Cleanliness is terrible with cockroaches and unclean plates and cutlery. Really disappointing for a property at this price.

Hotel buildup is nice, rooms and amenities are fine. However the maintenance is the concern, hotel cleanliness and room maintenance is the question and they should put more plan and personnel to resolve the issue. Cockroach were seen on the coffee tray and few were inside the draws. Some were even seen at the buffet tables, the same reported but seems they have not taken as a serious problem!

Property was in good location in between letchmi estate. Food is good . staff are good but rooms needs improvement i.e fans, eletric lights and bathroom doors need to be maintained prpoerly. Hygine of the room was good ... cleanliness was good Worth for the money
