Cosy and affordable hotel with wonderful hosts, overall decent breakfast (the bread is amazing), and they have turkish coffee here . Some really nice views from the balcony and you can hike up the hill just outside the hotel for a sunrise. On the downside location is a bit remote so you'd have to taxi in and out, a taxi to Goreme centre will cost about 10 Euros one way. Also the room isn't soundproof so hopefully your neigbors aren't noisy but you get some wonderful birds chirping in the morning.
Ilhan the manager and Nergis the owner helped us plan our trip even before we arrived, they can help you plan and organize private tours if you want i.e. hot air baloon, underground city, airport transfer or any time you need to book a cab. All the other staff were really down to earth and nice people. We had a wonderful time.

I made a last minute reservation and was pleasantly surprised. The B&B owner Nergir greets every guest at the front desk in the morning and proactively assists with recommendations and itinerary arrangements. And help me find a scooter with good value for money. The B&B is located in a relatively remote local village, but not far from various scenic spots. It is quiet and most importantly, the rooms are very new and clean. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Kappa

I spent my 3 days holiday there with my family and we all liked the place very much. This was a family run boutique hotel. Owners and service staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean. You can enjoy home made pastries with a historical view.. Location is a bit far, you need a car or taxi service (provided by the hotel in reasonable price). Buy in return you feel yourself in the heart of nature and history. We really reccomend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Narcissoo Cave. Very peaceful and amazing rock formations surround the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and all the staff were helpful especially the owner. The conversion of the hotel has an interesting history and is respectfull of heritage in the area and adjacent village. I would strongly recommend a stay here.

OMG…best people.. the owner Nergis went up n beyond to help us..v smiling and help full..a love lady cooking everything from scratch in the kitchen n managers for v helpful too..highly recommended .A*******

No doubt that the very very kind smiling and helpful staff starting with Ali Bey the owner, his wife Nergiz the manager and owner, the smiling receptionist and the very very kind 2 ladies working in the kitchen. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. I only had one maintenance remark regarding the shower, they promised to take care and I'm sure they did it. The roof balcony is also beautiful and relaxing. We will come back again. Very very good value for money !!!

Excellent hotel. Great rooms and service by everyone. We were a group of 6 people and we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Service by all the staff was good and the owner of the hotel is also super helpful in suggesting itinerary and in general a nice person to talk with. Hoping to stay for longer the next time we visit. p.s. This hotel is in a quiet village, so having a personal vehicle will really help
