Stopped here on route to Reykjavik. We are the first Singaporean who stayed here. The hot tub beside the river is a very unique experience. Room is simple and functional. Served it purpose. We had a good nite rest, breakfast is simple and delicious and get into Reykjavik early the next day instead of pushing the drive from Vik. If you are not used to driving in wet, windy and foggy conditions, it's better to take a break here.

房間超級温馨，服務員小姐姐還為我們特意挑選了離温泉最近的一件河景房。聽着流水聲泡着温泉實在太讚了！入住當天還下了雪，雪中温泉真的是別有風趣。小鎮距離雷克雅未克不算很遠，在冰島也算是一個大鎮子了，交通方便，人雖然不多，但是餐飲店還是有幾家的，如果吃膩了酒店的傳統套餐可以開車或者步行到小鎮的餐廳來上一頓。第二天一早還看到有遊客騎馬在對面的山上探索火山泉！

酒店前台很好，介紹鎮上和酒店設施，十分耐心，想提前吃早餐，她也幫忙跟廚房溝通，而且晚上外出晚餐，因為叫不到車她主動提出載我們。酒店內陽台風景很好，溫泉風景很好👍🏻遇上他們餐廳內部裝修，也無可奈何。整體十分不錯。

Nothings short of perfect! Frost and Fire was undeniably one of the highlights of our Iceland trip and the perfect venue for our most intimate and memorable celebration, our wedding reception. From the moment I reached out for information until after our event/stay, Marion, their most amazing hotel manager, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and warm. She made every step of the process a breeze, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The restaurant was a standout experience, where our private wedding reception was held. Glass enclosed dining area, candlelit dinner and dancing under the Nordic sky. Food was incredible! Our wedding guests couldn't stop talking about the delicious dishes served, drinks from the bar, and, of course, the exceptionally welcoming and attentive staff. Our stay at the hotel was equally spectacular. The location alone is a dream, quiet and peaceful. Surrounded with stunning geothermal steam rising from the hills, a serene river flowing below, and the most relaxing geothermal hot tub where we could have easily spent the entire day if we could. Rooms were clean and of the perfect size with amazing views. Frost and Fire exceeded all of our expectations, and we are so grateful for the wonderful memories we made there. We’ll absolutely be back for sure!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Frost and Fire and its staff. The rooms were incredible with perfect views of the mountains. There were geothermal hot springs open to use as guests that were nothing short of amazing. A delicious breakfast is included with your stay, which was a great surprise. On the day of our departure, our car broke down and Stella working at the front desk was more than helpful. She came outside and helped us make calls and translate, and she even offered to have her son come and try to jump the car. When we had to wait 3 hours for a new car to arrive, she welcomed us into the lobby and let us help ourselves to coffee. She made a horrible day great with her incredible energy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
