The Lazy B Bungalow...new build with all the comforts of home! This 1 bedroom apartment has a full-size w/d, a full kitchen, bedroom has a Cariloha king bamboo mattress/bedding. Enjoy the beautiful view of famous “Molly’s Nipple” out the Livingroom window. Easy access to many beautiful parks, trails, lakes, sand dunes, and more. Bring your ATV's , we provide off street parking! The space The Bungalow has all its own amenities to make for a comfortable stay. There is a King bed in the bedroom with a smart tv. In the living area there is a 65" tv for entertainment and an electric fireplace for a cozy feel. The kitchen is spacious and has all the essentials. Guest access There is a Bungalow entrance up a gravel driveway with plenty of parking for those who bring their off road vehicles. Parking is on the west side of the Bungalows. Please do not block the driveway...parking only on the west side in the gravel area. We also have a bar-b-q and picnic table area for guest use. Other things to note This is a private apartment but does share a wall with the other apartment.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 13-17.About customRules:No Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or drug use in or around the property.Absolutely no wax, melted wax, candles, open flames or incense in the bungalow at any time,Do not bring bikes or other large items into the bungalow.
