One of the better properties in Huron. It was clean, convenient, quiet, but a little out dated.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We were awakened at 3 am due to an intoxicated individual yelling in the hall. It lasted for about 5-10 minutes. Management must have addressed it because it didn’t occur again. Breakfast was fine. Front desk staff needed to be called to the front desk with a phone for check in and check out because they were doing other tasks as well, but they were quick to respond

Comfortable and clean. Needs some repair but for the price it was a better stay than I expected.

The hotel, including our room, was clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked, but it could be larger. The air conditioning was a bear. It worked hard at trying to cool the room down. It could have something to do with the fact that the temperatures and humidity were HIGH. I miss the underground parking. See you next time we have another convention at your location.

We were put into a dirty room first. The phone in the room was not connected to anything. We asked for more towels and never got them.

Our room was not ready at 3:00 which was stated as the check in time. They said it would be 3:30 or 4:00 before we could get into the room. There were others waiting to check into their rooms also.

your guest book in the rooms doesn't list the Pizza Place you have in walking distance from the Hotel. When asked about pizza places they never told us about this fire pit pizza place. We went there and it was the best pizza.. I highly recommend you list it in your guess book in the rooms.

Sink and tub didn’t drain.
Upon entering the hotel it was nice, entering the room was nice, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Our biggest issue was that the hotel needs some updates. Our sink and tub didn’t drain so it took a while for the water to go out. That made the stay somewhat uncomfortable especially after taking off make up. It was hard to keep the sink clean when water doesn’t drain.
