房間就在景區裏面，很方便，衞生也很好，對於出行帶小孩的旅客很是合適，有管家隨叫隨到，我們的管家（酒店管家叫 馬濤 ***********）服務很周到！沙漠裏風景也很好，看到了絕美的夕陽，參加了熱情的篝火，小孩很開心，大人很省心！

服務很好很好。一是定的標間，直接升級親子間。二是週六晚上還有篝火晚會，不花錢live show。始終風景是美的，衹是説好的沙丘，比三年前遍佈荊棘，有點失落。

前台服務態度一般般，買了個親子套房 剛開始不説，錢都分完了，房卡也開好了，然後讓我們補早餐錢。來房間是含早餐的 突然給我們來一句必須要補早餐錢，然後我們補了30多塊錢 態度一點都不好 錢補了，好，住進去了。洗臉池下水道也不行 全是蟲子 早上10點鐘早餐結束，2歲多小孩10點鐘起不來。然後就想着打包一點點給他吃，早上9點鐘就去了 連個饃饃都不給 附近有沒有買的地方？ 那我們昨天花錢買早餐的意義在哪裡？ 唯獨配送司機態度好，其他的就不説了 讓我們掏錢 讓打包一份也不給 我們是會把所有的早餐都能吃完還是怎麼的，一份早飯都不給的人，那為啥要收那個錢呢？昨天收錢的時候，怎麼不説不讓打包呢？而且我們三個人也沒有説打包三份，就打包一份也不給。真的很過分 連個饃饃都不給，你收我那麼多錢 態度一點都不好。除了司機。態度好，配送服務到位 其他的就讓人很寒心。連個小孩的飯都不給，好，你們留着慢慢吃，而且這零食漲價加錢這些嗯，前台你們可以好好培訓一下，培訓一點都不到位。你説附近有吃的，你不給我忍了，主要是這麼早附近沒吃的呀 要是我們沒有自己帶點麪包的話，小孩都得餓肚子。你們這個不讓打包真的有點兒過分，不讓打包就不要收那個錢，你收了錢你不給東西

酒店環境乾淨整潔，房間佈局很治癒，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心，給我營造了一種家的氛圍，無論大處到小處都是那麼的無懈可擊這家酒店的服務人員也是彬彬有禮，尤其是前台小娜和小茹服務熱情周到。
深夜兩點到，貼心的給升級了房型。
住宿的地方車開不進去，會有區間車來接。
沙漠不是月牙泉那種，沙漠裏還是有很多草的，是圖片中那種。
它家的礦泉水喝起來甜甜的。
