Hotel based at the foot of HengShan. You need to park in the ticket buying area (cannot park directly at hotel) staff called beforehand to tell me this and arrange collection at the car park ~

A lovely hotel room with a comfy bed
Awesome shower! Beautifully decorated.
Shop and restaurant in the hotel as it is the only thing at the base of the mountain. Staff were accommodating of my dietary requirements.
Very convenient to step out and begin the hike immediately!
Some tea and coffee in the room and perhaps a fridge would have made it even better 😊

地理位置 ：酒店位於恆山景區內，應該是唯一一家。緊鄰景區入口、真武廟和登山起點，步行即可到達檢票口， 避免了排隊和交通擁堵。怒省了山上索道💰哈哈
服務：前台小姐姐一早就聯繫，問大概什麼時候到，發來了停車場位置。由於景區內不能停私家車，酒店提供全程接送服務，包括從停車場到景區入口的接送，服務人員熱情細緻，能夠及時響應客人需求，真的推薦。

很滿意的一次住宿，酒店就在恆山山腰景區門外，免費接人，下午爬完恆山正好入住休息。第二天還送了頓早餐給免費送到懸空寺。房間乾淨，景觀房的窗户對着恆山，配個茶台可以坐着看日落，看星星。退房的時候還送了份特產小禮物~

半夜抵達酒店。原以為深夜衹能湊合果腹，沒想到經理，廚師長得知我旅途勞頓，特意為我們蒸了一碗熱氣騰騰的米飯，搭配現做的小菜，暖胃又暖心。 更令我感動的是第二天突發高燒，客房部經理得知後，不僅迅速送來應急葯品，還貼心準備了番茄雞蛋麪，這種家人般的關懷讓我深受觸動。酒店的硬件設施同樣也是可圈可點，東方禪意的設計，古樸典雅，入住體驗遠超預期，用實際行動詮釋了什麼是真正的服務温度，這樣的寶藏酒店值得被更多人發現。

酒店前台非常負責任，提前跟我們聯繫，問我們幾點到。我們車停在了指定停車場，酒店派了車下來接我們。還給我們贈送了水果，飲料。住得也很舒服，清明時候的温度比較低，晚上是零下，酒店的空調非常暖和，我們在屋子裡睡覺一點都不冷。第二天我們從酒店出發去爬山，儘管是清明假期，但是我們住在山腳下，出酒店門就是步行道，所以完全不需要等遊客中心的大巴。非常方便，也不用排隊，還省了遊客中心的大巴費，還錯開了人流高峯，我們登頂過程人不算多，就在山頂拍照排隊了一會兒。下山之後在酒店的餐廳點了一些當地的特色菜，吃完酒店就安排車把我們送到懸空寺。這一趟懸空寺、恆山之旅非常完美，多虧了酒店的精心安排，無論是前台小姐姐還是兩位司機師傅，都特別細緻耐心，感受到了山西人民的好客熱情，家人們很滿意。

衞生：新開業的酒店，環境很好
服務：細微周到，酒店就在恆山步行道的旁邊，從山下到步行道檢票口很遠，一般都是坐景區的大巴，但酒店會派人接送（〜^∇^）〜。走的時候一人送一份伴手禮。服務人員全程都是熱情相迎。
在清明這個節點，酒店的價格也不算很貴，對於爬恆山的遊客，我認為這個酒店可以成為大家的首選
