I went to the bar to register and the waiter ignored me. She just sat there and pretended not to see anything without asking me first. The sound insulation was very poor and I could hear the conversations of the neighbors. I was told to find a quiet room, but they gave me a room opposite the mahjong room. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Shanxi. I might as well sleep in the car.

The hotel is in a great location. Dining options are convenient. Tourist attractions are all within easy reach. Transportation is also readily available. There's a parking lot in the backyard. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room cleanliness wasn't very good. Long hair was clearly visible, and there were cockroaches on the floor. 房間比較老舊，入門開關沒有保護殼，有安全隱患，吹風機吹一半停了，神奇的是第二天又可以用。前台服務生相對來講還比較客氣（之前遇到北嶽國際假日酒店簡直就是垃圾：很不耐煩，邊跟人吵架、邊愛理不理的服務，房卡兩次打不開自己定的房間，前台脾氣又臭又爛）半夜換到了福岳酒店，真是沒有對比就沒有傷害！
