This is not an 3.7 star hotel false advertisement not clean didn’t smell to good as well. I had to cancel this booking to go to another hotel cause the pictures were totally different from what I saw on the hotel. Definitely wouldn’t come back to that place needs upgrading

We were very pleased with the accommodations . The room was clean . The maid service was very helpful. The only bad thing that I wish to express is that coffee should be available The customer should be able to have some when they come into the lobby. Other than that every thing was fabulous, thank you.

Breakfast is good and free. But the main star of their property is the shower. Its one of the best showers i have ever had.

Staff was unable to resolve a simple matter of providing a tax exemption and senior discount. Made 4 attempts with staff, manager contacted, and two surveys with only promises yet no follow-through. Bathroom lacked attention to detail in cleanliness along with toilet paper holder unsecured and falling out from the wall. Room has an unpleasant odor. Breakfast was simple but unhealthy. No fruit or vegetables. Only unhealthy carbs and high cholesterol foods.

Toilet needed work, the tank wood not refill without taking the tank lid off and adjusting. The staff was nice, but the facility could be updated.
