We spent two nights at the Fairfield Inn in Huntsville, TX. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to call out Melody for being extremely helpful as we misplaced a couple of items and she found the items and brought them to our room. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Had to wait for 10 minutes to get checked in. No at the desk. It was very noisy with construction right next to the hotel. The water container at the front desk had water that tasted terrible. I shower and bed were very nice.

Hotel was in a great location near shops and restaurants. However, the only complaint I have is the restroom was not very clean, empty lotion bottle and had a bug in the shower.

Underwhelming to say the least
We are two rooms booked check-in was at 3 PM. They didn’t have our first room ready until six and our second room wasn’t ready until after 6:30. I booked a room with two beds and asked if I had switched to a king size bed and was even OK with getting a downgrade so that I wouldn’t have to wait almost 45 minutes for my room to be ready and they were unwilling to accommodate the request. The pillows were extremely lumpy and comfortable and the comforters on the two beds in both of our rooms did not match each other the couch in my suite was extremely dirty and there was no coffee table. Just a big awkward open space. This is a very disappointing Marriott property who does not value or appreciate their customers.

My spouse and I travel 100+ days a year for leisure and stay at many hotels. This Fairfield Inn & Suits is clean and new (2018). Our King Suite was clean and had pleny of space. We enjoy having a living room area and television. The shower and entire bathroom was clean. Our breakfast options consisted of cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, hot oatmeal, bread, bagels, english muffins, hot waffle maker, yogurt, coffee & juice. Sugar free syrup would be a welcome addition. We would stay again.

Property was clean except for a small stain on a sheet. Bed was comfortable. Room cooled adequately. Shower was well stocked with supplies but the shower water pressure was lacking. Breakfast was usual for a free breakfast.
