Hyatt Regency Dulles

The room is newly refurbished, but the lobby is a bit old and the restaurant has limited menu options.

We checked into the Hyatt Regency 501 at Dulles International Airport in Virginia. I didn't know why the deluxe king room I booked was changed to a double room. The most intolerable thing was that when I went to the bathroom to urinate at 12:30, the flushing system did not work and the toilet water overflowed. I hurriedly took a few towels to surround the toilet. I hurriedly woke up my wife and called the front desk. Although the maintenance technician came up to solve the problem quickly, I was dissatisfied with this room because I booked a deluxe king room without breakfast. Because I brought some special diet, I thought there would be a microwave in the room to solve the breakfast problem for our family, but there was no microwave in the room. Even urinating can cause the flushing system to not work properly. I have stayed in many hotels and often stay in Hyatt hotels. This is the first time this has happened. As a result, my wife and I are very upset during the tiring journey. It is now 2:00 in the morning. We can't fall asleep and rest well. I am very angry. This is also my first complaint on the Ctrip platform and the first complaint in my life. I hope the platform and the hotel will give me an explanation and solution. I am waiting for your reply.
