"What a lovely hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! (There was even a cheerful whistling waiter!) The room was very spacious and very clean. The food was delicious and beautifully served! The grounds were well kept and tidy! Thank you for a very welcoming stay!"

"The worst experience I've ever had. A week before arriving, I contacted the accommodation via email, using the same email address that appears on their website, but I didn't receive any response. On the day of arrival, our flights were delayed and we arrived very late, around midnight. For this reason, I tried to call them, but the telephone number didn't work. I tried calling several times from mid-afternoon onwards. When we got there, they had forgotten that they had a reservation for eight people. They hadn't left us any keys or instructions and left us out on the street. At that time of night, everything in Hustantoon was closed, and we couldn't find accommodation until 2 a.m. The next day, far from giving us an explanation or solution, since we had already paid for the rooms, they told us that if we wanted the rooms, we should go upstairs, and if not, we should leave. They didn't care at all about leaving us on the street, and of course, they didn't give us a single euro back, nor did they offer us any compensation. I believe that if you own a place to stay, you have a duty to care about your guests."
