"Upon arrival, the staff tried to charge us an additional fee for early check-in without even checking our reservation first. In reality, our reservation had been active since the day before. The room didn't have a hairdryer. Furthermore, when we were leaving, the only elevator was out of order, so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. It's worth mentioning that the hotel offers an airport shuttle service. However, the hotel didn't respond to any of the messages we left through Trip or the emails we sent, so we were never able to arrange a pick-up. The location is good and convenient, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I would only recommend it if you need to get to the airport quickly."
