孩子考試為了中午考完試吃飯加休息，提前預訂的鐘點房，到辦入住時前台告訴我房間沒下來呢，讓我們等，本來時間就那麼兩個小時，再等，不但耽誤孩子吃飯更耽誤孩子的休息時間，如果預訂的房間你時間上不能給保障，那辦預訂的意義又在哪裡，跟前台説明情況後，前台居然説房間沒下來她也沒辦法，合著你為了掙錢不考慮退房與新入住的會有個重合時間，把房間到賣出去，在那賭前邊客人會提早退房嗎，真是無了個大語了，辦入住的工作人員態度極差。還告訴我説吧什麼給我聯繫其他酒店看有沒有房間，如果我不同意那他也沒辦法，最後在我一再要求下臨時給打掃出個房間，前後也耽誤了孩子吃飯休息時間差不多有半個小時之久，雖然退房延遲找回時間，那我們訂房的實用價值大大打了折扣，從來點評時差一不二的事我都會忽略不計，都不容易，可這次必須給差評，服務意識和態度真的是相當的差。
