Good service and nice room. Location is a bit far inside, but good thing is quiet at night.

It was a pleasant stay — everything was good. The food was of high quality, and the service was excellent. The massage at Meridian was enjoyable, and there was a good variety of activities to choose from.
The only issue was that the air conditioner was too noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep.
Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely come back!

Our stay at Monkeys Canopy Resort from 20-22 June was underwhelming. Several issues detracted from our experience:
- In-room phone issues persisted throughout our stay.
- Requests were met with slow responses, requiring multiple follow-ups.
- Service was sluggish, leaving us feeling frustrated.
- The reception area seemed disorganized, which raised concerns.
- On June 22nd at 12pm, we spoke with Fuizry, the staff member in charge, regarding our dining vouchers that weren't provided as promised on the first day of check in. Unfortunately, Fuizry's attitude was unhelpful and raised his voice, which was unacceptable.
Given these issues, we'd caution others about staying here. Improvements in communication, service efficiency, and staff training are needed to elevate the guest experience.
