My family and I stayed at the hotel for a night when we visited Devils Tower. A perfect place to stay after a long day of flying, driving, and hiking. Check-in was very smooth; the young lady who helped us was very friendly. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very nice with a good deal of variety. I was sorry we didn't have the time to explore the town itself- it looked quite cozy. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Devils Tower area.

Great hotel to stay while visiting this part of Wyoming. We stayed a couple of nights, in a ground floor room. Good amenities, including indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was the usual BW high standard. Staff were pleasant and friendly and there was enough parking outside. We explored the local area too including the Mercantile, the market and Capt'n Ron's Rodeo Bar. We ate at the Ponderosa Cafe, which was delicious. We also spent all day at the Devils Tower ... an amazing place.

We didn't actually stay here. We booked the day before and we had to cancel the next day because our plans changed. They never shared that since the hotel was booked less that 48 hours in advance that is was not able to be cancelled. We cancelled at least 3 other hotels during our 3 week vacation and only one place charged us a $25 cancellation fee, and all those hotels were booked in January! Poor customer service, not a great location, I even reached out to customer service and they still would not reimbuse me. Very bad business practice in my option. I will not stay at another Best Western. If they had told me about the cancellation policy when I made the reservation then I wouldn't have anything to complain about, but they did not.

The best Best Western I have stayed in! Rooms were immaculate and nicely appointed. The staff were very accommodating, and recommended a dynamite restaurant overlooking the entire area. Would have been nice to have an elevator, but it was only 2 floors, so I get it. Breakfast was quite adequate. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful room, very comfortable. Had an enormous flat screen TV, the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel. Great for watching football! Spacious room, quiet AC with continuous fan, very friendly staff and a beautiful, safe little town to walk in early in the morning and see deer, turkeys.

Really enjoyed this hotel! Everything is very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and everything functioned very well. The pool and hot tub were fabulous.Breakfast was terrific.

Best hotel in a very small town
The vending machine is broken and had to get a replacement from the front desk. Everything is fairly clean overall. The town of Hulett closes most stores close too soon but the hotel has enough amenities that we could hold off for some needed supplies.

Nice place to stay. Rooms clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but probably good for families with kids. If you are visiting Devil’s Tower or surrounding areas…perfect place to stay.
