Response from Property: Dear guests, thank you for your comments! There are some small and old shops near the hotel. It's ok to eat local Huizhou specialties. The larger restaurants are basically concentrated on West Lake Ring Road West. It's just right to walk to West Lake for a big meal, haha!

If time permits, we will ask every guest about their stay experience, whether they are satisfied with the room, and whether there are any areas for us to improve. When you checked out, you informed us of the abnormality on the bed. The front desk immediately informed us that the bedding was changed 100% for each guest, and recorded your problem and reported it to the store manager. After receiving the feedback, the store manager went to the room to check as soon as possible, because this room was the last room checked by the store manager at 17:40, and no problems were found at that time. The only possibility that plastic sheets may appear in the room is the ceiling lamp buckle, but no abnormality was found in the ceiling lamp during the room inspection, so we contacted you to see where it was found to avoid omissions in subsequent room inspections, but you didn't seem to want to communicate and hung up the phone directly. Our room is equipped with two pairs of environmentally friendly and degradable disposable slippers, just under the bedside table. There are indeed no recyclable rubber shoes because the disinfection situation is difficult to ensure! We are sorry for giving you a bad stay experience!
