第一，網上看有窗，結果是內窗，商家並未説明，到了辦理入住後才發現。第二，廁所地漏也不行，洗澡的時候都積水了。第三，辦理入住之後才過十幾分鍾想退房（因為房間面積太小且是內窗太壓抑）結果商家説已經辦理入住不能退。之後找客服商量，客服説商家説超過半小時不可退，真的很無語，明明第一次退的時候沒有入住超過半個小時。第四，商家説可以換房間，但要補差價，結果最少的差價也要120幾，這個價格都可以到其他地方重新開間房了。最後衹能無奈入住。反正是次很差的體驗。

唯一的缺點是沒有電梯，所以選了2樓住，真空隔音玻璃，不用擔心吵。温馨別緻，乾淨衞生，性價比很高。
