The apartment's location is really good! The sea view is beautiful, and there's a 24-hour shop, restaurants and a beach within a 7-10 minute walk. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The room is spacious, but it needs renovation because some parts of the wall are falling apart, and there's a water leak from the bathtub. Also, the room needs to be cleaned properly with enough soap and water. You can smell a bad odor in the room and see stains and hair in the bathroom and on the bed. Overall, the place is fine, and I recommend it.

設施老舊！衞生差！一進去一大股黴味！更氣人的是，我們定了兩晚的房間，但是因為巽寮灣一直下雨，沒法玩，所以我們要退掉第二天的房間，不是要求全額退哦，我們的要求是可以扣掉30%預留房間的費用，剩下的錢退給我們。但是就是不退！要求全額扣款！大家訂房時一定要多問問，不要再踩坑了！千萬別訂他家？不講道理，態度還很差！設施也很老舊！衞生也差！毛巾根本不敢用！

有點不講理！我們定了兩晚的房間，去到惠州就一直下雨，沒辦法玩，我們就説退掉第二天的房間，不是要求全額退哦，我們想着給我們留了房，但我們沒住，所以可以扣30%的款，衹讓退70%房費給我們，但是他家不同意，一分也不退！建議大家不要定這家酒店，其他家都可以退，他家就是不退！去哪網還一直幫我們協調退款事宜，但是酒店就是不退款，要全額扣款！希望大家訂房的時候多問問，不要踩坑！千萬不要定他家，他家真的很不講道理！
