從來沒有見過那麼差的別墅，馬桶尿漬，地毯死蟑螂，一打開房門都是黴味，空調還開不了，床頭粘粘呼呼的不知道是啥。衞生肯定很久沒打掃，要求退款不住還不讓退，找來一個阿姨還狡辯。我真是無語了，不讓退款，最後管家來換了另外一套的，想着不讓退也沒辦法了，將就住了另外一套，味道沒那麼重

服務態度最差的酒店，對客户的要求不理，直接不接電話。虛假宣傳，網頁説2025新裝修，別墅衞生奇差無比，有異味，牆面發黴起泡，衞生有蟲子。強制消費，訂了二天，當天下午到了看到這臟亂地方要求換房沒人理，電話不接。浪費一天退訂一天，直接不接電話了。總共呆了一個小時，扣了我房費5144。這就是惠州十里銀灘的真實寫照。大家不要踩坑了。

停車也很方便，直接停進院子裏，我們3輛車都直接停進來了！後院直接燒烤，裏面還可以唱歌和搓麻~走過去海灘也很近，這個天氣超級舒服，晚上還好多人放煙花，這個超級值！！管家很給力，反饋都很及時，值得入住~

老闆人比較熱情 位置不錯，離海邊幾分鐘 K歌效果不錯提前入住保潔阿姨也給力 衞生可以，沒見到蟑螂什麼的空間夠**將桌的麻將可以換個大點的就更好了
