房主態度很好，春節入住期間還提供豐富的早餐。前兩天入住臨海第一棟樓28層，無敵海景，房間內直接觀景，躺在客廳裏曬太陽，很爽。第三天雖然換了房，但景色更勝，有房景、山景、海景、遊樂場，看着雲朵飄過了山，飄過海…..。雖然停車有點緊張（人實在太多），但是好在萬科的小區都是連通的，總能在隔壁小區找到車位。小區內有家潮汕人開的餐廳，美味價格公道。就是春節的價格實在有點貴呀，建議平日裏去，性價比會高。無敵海景照片漏放了哈，很美

房間衞生很乾凈整潔，空間很大，設施齊全！
房屋很智能，開燈開空調很方便。有洗衣機和曬衣服的地方真的好評，對於過來出行的很方便。
周圍環境很 chill，商店燒烤咖啡都很方便。這裏的沙灘明顯比虹海灣沙灘更好，且民宿所在的 B12 這個位置的海景真的好無敵，看海很直觀。
房東人很好，服務各方面都很積極很 nice👍
