先説優點：1.在惠女風情園景區裏，停車方便，就在樓下。2.打開陽台門陽台底下是巖石，巖石旁邊就是大海，景色OK。3.看到我提重的東西上下樓會過來幫忙提。4.衞生還可以。5.有下午茶，早餐還不錯。再説缺點，優點算7分的話缺點得算-20分：1.性價比很低，園區門口的民宿一晚衹要兩百多，房間還大，外面的海景別墅也衹要四百多，這邊八百多打底。2.房間極其小，照片看着挺大，介紹寫30-35平，實際很小，房間12平左右，加露台20平左右，看介紹説房間有30-35平才定的，非常失望。3.床不好，最大直徑1.8，稍微一動腳是露在床外的。手撐在上面能明顯摸到彈簧，並且很響，半夜一個人起來能吵醒另外一個人。14.樓梯是木頭的，有人上下樓會吵醒樓梯口兩個房間裏的人。5.早餐裏配的堅果全是過期的，還是過期半年的。6.太偏僻，周邊吃的店很少。園區雖然有個五號餐廳，有送88折五號餐廳券，但是，餐廳相當貴且上菜相當慢，服務很差，等半個多小時沒人理，要很久也沒人説，催了也跟沒聽到一樣，過去問了發現還有好幾桌客人都還沒上。7.民宿底下旁邊就是餐廳，飯點開始油煙味很重，油煙味持續到深夜。8.雖然在風情園景區裏，但是景區可逛的地方很小。9.房間裏沒有電視。10.沒有電梯，行李多的話上下樓很不方便。11.陽台朝向不好，九點多開始很熱，房間避光很差，早上很亮睡不好。12.交通很不方便。
