Super 8 by Wyndham Hudson

0 rating. Hudson management refused to grant exception to no cancellation policy, fully charging for room when I hadn’t noticed date on site had reverted to date I was entering reservation. I had quickly entered it from hospital waiting room, under extreme stress. Corporate was sympathetic but told me to contact Hudson management (again) for resolution. Very poor service skills.

Everything we requested when booking was accommodated. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. We had a very good experience. Thank you

Very clean rooms and pool area. Very nice staff. Spacious 2 queen pull out couch room. Definitely recommend. We didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but normal light breakfast served. Clean smelling no bad smells or **** smell.

Recently booked 2 rooms upon checking in both rooms had stained bedding also hair, Appeared to have a great swimming pool. It was obvious both rooms were not throughly cleaned, not sure what standards are used. Regardless of what they said about clean rooms, my family deserves better, were were lucky enough to find 2 rooms at the Hudson Holiday Inn on a short notice..... which exceeds in all areas every time. Super 8 refunded my money.

If you stay, here you can expect, smelly, stained, carpets, broken door, handles, and knobs everywhere. No one at the service desk. And an extremely horrible breakfast. With really high prices. If I can’t find a hotel, next time I come here, I’m going to sleep in my car with my entire family.

It was very unnerving how nosy the staff was about a little girl’s birthday party. Our kids told us that they were questioned by the staff several times when they went to the vending machine or were walking back from the pool. We are Hudson people and we will not be staying here again.

The staff and management were very prompt and nice just all around was a very super stay a definitely must stay hotel if your in the area. The rooms were nice and clean no bugs and the bathrooms were spotless

Very nice! Stayed with my family and felt very safe. Modern decor, Clean, Comfy Beds, friendly and helpful staff, very tasty, free breakfast with lots of choices, and the pool and hot tub area is wonderful!

DIRTY MUSTY A/C not work as put in 2 rooms with different issues. Also told don't do drivers rate ANYMORE location ok to get to for drivers not alot of parking the guest area out front looked clean didnt smell
