The building and amenities are a bit dated, with loose floors, and the management is somewhat disorganized. The phone number provided by the apartment to Ctrip was out of date, and I only found the online customer service through Google Maps. Their service was acceptable but slow to respond. I reported the exhaust fan but it was never repaired.
