“這家酒店的服務態度真是糟糕透了，男前台還行，但有位女前台對待客人的態度缺乏基本的禮貌和尊重。”我無法用言語表達我對這次住宿體驗的失望和憤怒！從入住到離開，酒店的服務和設施都令人無法接受。 首先，在二樓靠近街邊的房間窗户竟然無法關閉！這簡直是對顧客基本需求的漠視。我在晚上被噪音（車聲、雨聲、街道聲）和寒風騷擾，無法入睡。 其次，暴躁女前台的敲門聲 。 事件發生在半夜12點46′左右，當時我正在休息。突然，酒店前台的工作人員敲響了我的房門，這一行為已經嚴重幹擾了我的休息。當我開門詢問原因時 ，旁邊的男前台解釋説☞“由於訂的房間是無空調房，但我開了空調要扣按金，我第一時間承認錯誤並接受扣除按金”處罰。 但令我萬分不悦是該女前台人員的態度極其惡劣，言語不敬，甚至對我進行了不必要的指責。例子:開門前或開門後都是罵罵咧咧的 ，當顧客願意接受扣按金她還嘴巴沒停過～走之前還不忘警告幾句顧客。疑惑三連問☞試問①:難道作為一名工作人員連打擾顧客休息後，基本的道歉都不會説一聲？試問②:難道**評分4點多好評下，工作人員是一開口不問原因，在擺臉子不斷指責顧客，這是你家公寓特有的行為嗎？試問③:客人還未離店，定金也壓着，開空調超出電量可以後期交錢，難道三更半夜還能跑了不成？ 以上種種行為活久見服務行業的員工應如此嗎？差勁極了， 這種行為不僅違反了酒店的基本服務規範，也對我的人身安全和心理造成了極大的影響。 作為顧客，我入住酒店是尋求一個安靜、舒適的休息環境。然而，貴酒店前台人員的這一行為卻完全破壞了我的住宿體驗。我對此深感失望，並對貴酒店的管理和服務水平產生了質疑。 最後，我強烈建議其他潛在顧客在選擇酒店時三思而後行。我不希望我的經歷成為你們的重蹈覆轍。讓我們共同呼籲酒店業者重視顧客體驗，提供真正令人滿意的服務！
