Very helpful receptionists. Helped us with our enquiries and gave tips and advice on available attractions etc. A suggestion for the hotel to have a clothes and coat stand for easy and more clothes hanging space. Overall very pleased with our stay. Well done 👍

Nice people working at the hotel reception, they help me a lot to plan my trekking and gave my useful tips about restaurants and grocery shops. Do not understand the “welcome pack” i found in my room (photo attached)

Breakfast need to improve

Good location. Hotel receptionist Ms Zhang is very kind and helpful. There’s a very nice restaurant next to the hotel. Overall had a very pleasant stay.

There was nothing to complain about the room except that the wall was a little damp and peeling. There is a balcony where you can watch the sunset. Very beautiful!

You can park at the door, so the space is not tight. The room is reasonably priced and there are convenient restaurants nearby. The breakfast supply is insufficient and the varieties are often out of stock.

The room is very nice, with complete facilities and thoughtful services. All problems encountered can be properly solved, especially our pick-up service, which is really thoughtful. We were sent to Huashan North Station on time ten minutes before the train departed. Thank you for your thoughtful service!

The service is very good. The bathroom door was broken. The repairman went back and forth several times to find the parts until it was fixed. The hotel is very close to Xiyue Temple. There is a restaurant next to it. The food is delicious, but the business is too good.

Cleaning is timely, and they always ask if anything is missing. The front desk and cleaning service are very good.

It's very close to the high-speed rail station. The room is also very big. I will come back next time I have the chance to visit Huashan.
