乾淨衞生，頂樓28樓，房間很寬敞，周圍吃的很多，樓下大廣場很熱鬧很多小孩子玩的（但沒有充氣城堡）老闆熱情。沒有免費停車位，自己找路側方框停車（不貴）廣場大媽六點半跳舞，聲音巨大讓人絕望。空調格力的，電視海爾的，還有機麻房，設施齊全，要啥有啥。馬桶淋浴熱水都有。

周邊是文化館和夜市擺攤，非常熱鬧。住得高也不覺得吵鬧。
