房間裏一直有煙味，感覺通風不好。辦理入住的時候跟前台小姐姐説，要無煙房，她説攜程上選不了房。我也不確定是因為我在攜程訂的原因嗎？然後就要我把辦華住會的會員，還直接把我手機拿過去幫**作。這一點讓我很不舒服。可能是前台有kpi，其他態度倒是挺好，職業培訓還有待提高。
