The employees were not very accommodating, passing on all the struggle to the clients.
The rooms need a lot of maintenance (the fridge didn’t work properly), the floors are really old and noisy with scratches all over the place, and the personal care amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) of really low quality.
Lovely Hacienda with a half golf course, but need to work on Culture and processes focused on the customers.

the place is really nice , quiet , food is really good.. the service of the waiters.. could be better. if you want to disconect from the city on a quiet place this is the place to go

I stayed at Hasienda Soltepeg 9 and 10 november. During this time, my passport, all monney, credit cards, and driver's license were lost at the hotel in the restaurant. It is absolutely obvious that they were taken by someone from the staff of the hotel restaurant. You've ruined my vacation.

The environment,the house it was nice but heater did not work I did not had hot water for like 2 hours my mom got sick

Good ex hacienda. The old casco is expensive but they made new place to stay which are very convenient.
