這是在懷化住賓館最差的一次，網上它的房間都是棋牌室房，沒有單獨的麻將房，定了棋牌房沒麻將。要開麻將房還要另外加錢。同行的朋友單獨去開單人間房，説被大旅行團包了。但是要我朋友在網上價格另外加錢就可以提供房間。唉，這種見錢眼開的賓館住了這一次再也不去住了。第二天換了悦致酒店，星酒店都比這個好多了。再也不去懷化大漢延年酒店。

晚上洗澡水是温的，打電話確定，前台説第二天水會熱，結果第二天早上水還沒有前天晚上水熱。前台説系統升級什麼的。
我想説的是如果酒店各個方面沒有達到標準營業條件，那麼你們正常營業對於我們消費者來説，不覺得很可惡嗎？
