酒店位置挺好，附近餐廳超市都有，挺方便，有免費停車場！接待美女和帥哥都很熱情，大堂明亮，房間寬敞，舒適整潔，充滿温馨氣息，床和舒適，入住體驗非常滿意！另外早餐種類挺多，吃飽沒問題😊到底是5星級，房間很大，還有衣帽間，馬桶是全自動的，有自助洗衣房和健身房，入住體驗非常滿意！

刷**看到這裏的文旅大會過來玩，在網上看到的雅緻酒店，就預訂了一間，酒店前台服務很棒，有禮賓送行李🧳，前台接待員哈尼很貼心，房間設施完善，衞生乾淨，特別是睡袍好舒服貼肌膚，一次性洗漱用品也很高級，因為這幾天懷化天氣比較熱，哈尼還給我房間冰箱放了水果，開着空調，一天的疲憊進到房間完全沒有了，服務真的細心貼心，還有很多增值物品也是免費提供的，房間房型是我喜歡的圓弧形觀景台，一眼可以看望整個懷化，床也很舒適很容易入眠，阿姨衞生做的很乾凈，見到我們也非常有禮貌打招呼，我也才花了200多一點，住了一個65平米的房間，前台哈尼還給我升級了，想的周到，第二天去吃早餐，品種也很齊全豐富，靠窗的位置可以一覽河西美景，心情愉悦，美美的，地理位置也好，對面就是佳惠超市，吃住行都方便，去附近的東盟集萬也非常的方便，不用去雲南不用去西雙版納就可以玩轉異國風情，高鐵南站也特別的近。以後住酒店基本這家店是首選了，謝謝他們的熱情接待。

入住後，房間的整潔度、設施的齊全程度都無可挑剔，床品尤其舒適，讓我一夜好眠。酒店的地理位置也很便利，周邊吃喝玩樂都很方便。但最讓我印象深刻的，還是哈尼帶來的“人的温度”。第二天早上遇到她，她竟然還記得我的姓氏並主動問候，這種被重視的感覺真的太棒了！這次入住從一次普通的住宿，變成了一次令人難忘的愉快經歷。強烈推薦大家選擇這裏，也祝哈尼工作順利，酒店生意興隆！下次來這座城市，這裏必定是我的唯一選擇！

前台美女小蘋果服務很熱情，給小朋友準備了小童用品，還升級了房型非常滿意，房間非常大，有一次性浴缸袋，乾淨衞生，工作人員送水很及時。早餐也不錯，品種豐富，味道不錯，豬蹄麪和木耳炒肉麪看得出用心做了的。下次有機會還會入住，唯一就是吹風不是很好用….

應急能力很不錯，入住時客房沒有做出來，優先給客人升級，還主動幫助客人拿行李上去。
歡迎果盤品種雖然不多，但是起碼不至於像上一家店三瓜兩早的，相對來説飽滿
餐廳
兩個人值守入口，刷了房卡後説沒發現預訂記錄，表示跟前台核實，結果過了一會，跑過來對着人羣中正在打餐的我大聲嚷嚷你們就是不含早的，我端着的盤子一下子不知道是該拿着還是放下，衹能隨着服務員到電腦前核實，最後才發現是他們自己鬧烏龍，管理水平混亂，危機處理能力一般。
早餐:
早上9點用餐，因為是國慶期間，在我們入座以後還不斷的來人。酒店的品種非常之少，在我們用餐期間。像白粥。炒粉等主食已經空了將近半個多小時，沒人進行補充。雞蛋衹有兩三個，被拿完後也沒見繼續增加，50塊錢的早餐就吃了一個麪，煮得還特別鹹。
配套:
衹用了一個洗衣房，三台家用洗衣機和一台烘乾機，對於這個體量的酒店根本不夠，多次想用都發現正在使用。洗衣房環境也很差，不像這個級別的洗衣房。
總結:對於美豪系列的高端品牌，這是我住過最差的雅緻，對標全季估計都有些乏力，硬件本身沒啥太大問題，主要還是服務和管理上需要提升。

途徑懷化，找了一個離高速近的酒店，沒想到遠超預期。房間很大，且功能分區，住得很舒服，房間是帶觀景台的，從房間看出去很舒服，很放鬆，小精靈的態度很好，還免費升級了房間。因為趕路，人很累，不願出去找吃的，雖然周邊美食很多，打電話給酒店餐廳點了簡餐，送入房間，大大超出預期，一人份的簡餐，有小炒、蔬菜、還有一碗湯和米飯，共35元，乾淨、口味超讚啊
