Apart from the breakfast which was disappointing, the hotel was tastefully appointed using a lotus theme. A platter of fruit was offered every day as well as a supper dessert delivered to the room. Tea and snacks were available in the lobby. The room was spacious and overlooked the sports stadium complex. There were restaurants galore in the neighbourhood and a good size supermarket too.

酒店的位置比較好找性價比挺高的，大廳比較乾淨，房間也看上去比較衞生，還送了粥和水果，很貼心，服務算是做得比較好的了，態度都很好，有問題也耐心解決，送東西過來的是機器人，小朋友覺得很新奇，很開心。還是比較推薦的。來懷化的朋友們可以住住看

酒店挺熱情，送了八寶粥，還有水果，早餐也有當地特色，不過選擇略少，蔬菜衹有土豆絲，水果也是一種，房間一般，地毯上有抽煙的痕跡，不可接受的是晚上有人投放黃色廣告，治安不理想
