Booked on hourly basis for 3 hours just to get freshened up before my next rail departure. Awesome location and nearby the south railway station. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Highly recommended.

This hotel is full of deception. First, they say they provide shuttle service, but in fact, they only provide pick-up at the station. The driver's attitude was indifferent, as if she owed him money. The drop-off at the station was at the top of the hour, so it would be better to take a taxi yourself... Secondly, the complimentary afternoon tea had no nuts or fruits at all, and the tea was cold. When I asked the waiter to add some hot water, the waiter rolled his eyes and had an extremely bad attitude. The hotel manager was even more bizarre, and he actually came to question the guests... Never use the hotel's towels... The hotel is located in a remote area, and the price is not commensurate with the room rate. It was a very unpleasant experience to stay here...

I booked the hotel because of its free high-speed rail transfers. I arranged with the front desk the night before to depart from the hotel for the high-speed rail station at 7:00 the next morning. But right before departure, I was told I'd have to wait until 7:30.
