一次非常好的住宿體驗！酒店位置很方便，離高鐵站10分鐘車程，一進門就遇到笑得甜甜的前台小姐姐，熱情温柔專業。大廳有辦公區、自助飲吧，工作人員還很熱心的教我們使用咖啡機，酒店的咖啡很香，金桂烏龍茶和蜜桃烏龍茶都很好喝。房間寬敞明亮，視野很好。超喜歡裏面明亮的橙色配色，輕快活潑。房間裏小冰箱、微波爐、碗筷勺子叉子一應俱全，很適合家庭旅居。早餐也很豐富，本地粉面真的很好吃，推薦推薦！下次來懷化一定會選擇再住這裏！

無可挑剔的入住體驗，細節之處見真章！房間窗明幾凈，完全可以放心光腳在房間走路，衞生間是讓我最放心的地方，馬桶、面盆和淋浴間都清潔得閃閃發亮，沒有任何死角。床品柔軟舒服，睡眠質量特別好。
其次，服務真正做到了貼心。前台Stella 辦理入住快速高效，工作人員始終面帶微笑。退房的時候還貼心的為我們準備了水和小零食。另外，服務的響應速度也很快，需要什麼物品打電話後馬上就送到了。
總之是一次物超所值的入住。無論是嚴謹的衞生管理還是充滿人情味的服務，都讓我有再次入住的強烈願望，也會毫不猶豫地推薦給身邊的朋友！

希爾頓旗下的酒店衞生跟服務都是沒話説的，一進大廳就是熟悉的味道。房間用的洗護用品是彼得羅夫也是我非常喜歡的，床墊是舒達的，躺上就能入睡。早餐還特別的豐富，牛仔骨、雞翅、沙拉、咖啡很符合我的口味，特別推薦小混沌！現包的！不得不提的是酒店服務，不管是餐廳還是前台都是句句有迴應，尤其是Stella小姐姐非常感謝她推薦的懷化美食。推薦大家都來體驗！

酒店離萬達很近，吃東西散步都很方便。房間寬敞明亮，停車方便，早餐出於意料的豐富，牛仔骨、水煮牛肉很好吃。服務更是無話説，前台Stella小姐姐在我們到酒店之前提前給我們預留了一樓的停車位還準備了行李車，房間安排的也很好。下次還會再來的！

酒店前台小姐姐linda服務非常棒而且希爾頓惠庭的房間簡直絕絕子！床墊是舒達品牌的，軟硬度剛剛好，躺上去就像陷進雲朵裏，旅途的疲憊瞬間消失。房間裏還有可移動的書桌，對於需要臨時辦公的我來説太方便了，而且電視機還能180度旋轉，不管在哪個角度都能輕鬆觀看。衞生間乾濕分離，智能馬桶功能齊全，加熱座圈和自動沖洗簡直不要太舒服。

前台小姐姐linda服務超貼心！全程耐心解答疑問，還主動幫忙留意需求，體驗感拉滿，必須點贊！還有酒店的公共區域藏滿驚喜！一樓綠洲大堂的24小時自助飲吧太良心，咖啡、茶水隨時能續，深夜回來喝一杯瞬間驅散疲憊。大堂還有免費打印區和無線充電裝置，商務辦公臨時需要打印文件超方便，連充電寶租借都安排妥當了，細節滿滿又不打擾，完全是“貼心不擾”的真實寫照。

一次很差的體驗
1）連住兩天但中間沒有清理房間，說很忙，到清潔完又忘記放回水和浴帽
2）感覺這個跟Hilton 的水平沒對上
3） 早餐也沒什麼特別
4） 樓層沒有要獨立房卡
這個價位還是住鳳凰好點
