從踏入大堂的那一刻就被治癒，前台的微信服務很滿意。房間寬敞明亮，淋浴水温剛好不忽冷忽熱。早餐種類超豐富，現煮的小餛飩很好吃，洗衣房和健身房設施齊全，細節裏全是温度，真正做到賓至如歸，已經列入下次來的必住清單！

飯店前台服務親切熱心，交通便利，離懷化南站很近，打滴10元左右，方便出遊，房間很舒適又大，還有智能馬桶，只是此次外面馬路正整修，若喜歡安靜的可選面對小區的房間，早餐豐富好吃喔

前台小姐姐服務態度很好，笑起來很甜，很快就辦好了入住，餐廳的早餐種類還有很多，很好吃，房間也乾淨整潔，床也很軟，前台還可以借雨傘，很貼心，下次還會選擇這一家的

1、位置離高鐵站大概10分鐘車程，萬達步行1公里左右，附近有零食店和夜宵店；
2、新店開業，環境和衞生都不錯，還有洗衣房和健身房，早餐也可以；
3、這次訂了兩間房，10點多到達酒店，被告知還沒打掃出來，於是和前台説明需要相鄰兩間房後離店，晚上19點左右逛完回來，衹顯示一個6樓的房間，主動告知還有一間房後，另外一間臨時被安排在8樓，理由是節假日滿房，而且其他客人不同意調換。
PS:其他都滿意，節假日高峯也能理解，但我們在上午已提前告知訴求後，原本以為以為已經留好了房間，結果還被安排在不同樓層，並且理由也很扯。

雖然名稱是萬達店
但是距離萬達店還有2公里左右距離
雖然有停車場免費
但是停車場很小晚一點回去就沒停車位了
而且進出口特別窄
雖然有自助早餐
但是餐廳比較小食物種類也不算多
雖然棋牌套房不錯
但是下午4點衞生沒搞完還不能入住
體驗感很不好

設施：設施很新，近一個月新開，作為凱里亞德3.0版酒店，設施齊全，全屋比較智能。
環境：床品很柔軟，睡起來不錯，整體偏暖色調，挺適合入睡的。
服務：有接送站服務，專車接送，這個體驗非常好，尤其是對看演唱會的特種兵來説，很方便！
