Five-star praise! This time I stayed at Wyndham, I was completely conquered by Alan's professionalism and enthusiasm! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, they patiently guided me through the check-in procedures and answered my questions with a smile throughout the entire process. They were so detailed that they even included a map with recommendations for nearby food. This thoughtfulness was really touching. They always pay attention to needs and respond very quickly. Whether it is borrowing small items or itinerary consultation, they handle it efficiently and thoughtfully. From service details to professional attitude, Alan perfectly interprets the quality of a five-star hotel! But maybe it’s because it’s been open for too short a time. There’s no laundry room and no screens on the windows, so it’s hard for people to really believe that this is a five-star hotel.

A friend who was on a business trip helped me book this hotel. It was a new hotel with a smell of decoration as soon as I entered the lobby. In actual experience, apart from the name "Wyndham", nothing else was related to Wyndham. I won't mention the poor hygiene and service. What I couldn't accept was that the sound insulation in the room was too poor. The room had a wooden floor. The sound of people walking upstairs, the sound of people taking a shower next door, and the sound of people talking in the corridor made me sleepless all night...

Came to Huaihua to see Xiaohua, checked into the hotel late at night; a pungent decoration smell hit me as soon as I entered the room; the most annoying thing was that there were cockroaches in the bathroom... cockroaches, hair on the bed sheet, and looking at the wrinkles, I suspected that the bed sheet was left by the previous victim; I finally fell asleep... I was woken up by the noise from the school opposite in the early morning... I left without hesitation...

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Huaihua South Station, only 10 minutes away by taxi. There are many business types, a large parking lot, clean and sanitary rooms, large area, and complete facilities and equipment. The service staff have a good attitude. The switchboard spring service is very good. Thumbs up to her! !

The restaurant is very dirty, with obvious food residue and watermelon seeds on the chairs. The check-in staff is of very poor quality and has a bad attitude throughout the whole process, giving all kinds of orders and requests to the guests. The room and hotel decoration smell very bad! The smell directly caused our whole family to have headaches! After I reported this to the check-in staff on the first floor, the reply I got was that this is very normal! Is this a five-star hotel? ? ? ? ? ? ? The bathtub in the room was also broken! Oh, it’s hard to put it into words! Will never choose Wyndham again! Extremely disappointed! The hotel and staff are terrible! ! !
