前台接待人員服務態度好，環境不錯，洗衣房配套完善，部分健身器材在洗衣期間可打發時間，訂房時注意可以選擇靠電梯近一點的房間，不然可能真的要走很遠。

來懷化三四次，基本都是住在這裏，這次住了四五天，房型都被我住了個遍，總體感受還是很好的。酒店位置在商圈小吃街旁邊有段距離，外賣方便，又不是很吵，房間整潔乾淨每個房型都有大窗，視野開闊，環境優美，服務人員都很熱情，有什麼問題找前台或者阿姨都可以幫忙解決。最重要的是酒店不衹是“星”，而且很新，性價比極高。

體育中心這一塊沒想到還有這麼一家寶藏酒店，裏面的環境真的不錯，服務也暖心，房間寬敞明亮，光線充足通風很好，酒店大堂的設計充滿了藝術感，大堂和連在咖啡一起，都能感受到設計師的用心，也很適合打卡拍照📸！
