房間比較大。是閣樓式的。樓上是兩個卧房，樓下是客廳和開放式廚房，比較適合家庭出遊。還可以做飯。有碗筷等。比較全

五一帶父母孩子去淮安玩兒，酒店價格瘋漲，出於家庭出遊套房方便且性價比高的考慮，訂了民宿。房東小姐姐非常善良，特意給我們挑了沙發大且樓上帶衞生間的房間，方便長者孩子起夜。每天有人打掃衞生，很乾凈。出行特別方便，出門就是小火車，去河下古鎮還是清江浦區都方便。

民俗地段很好去淮安區的景點都很方便交通也很便利，在萬達廣場樓上，附近配套設施比較完善。複式住宿體驗也很好，二樓兩個卧室也配有一個小衞生間，整體比較乾淨。

環境衞生設施整體還可以的，除了停車確實不算便宜之，再就是公寓的隔音效果不是太好，半夜被隔壁嗨皮的人們吵醒了，過年比較興奮也能理解。
