Normally I wouldn't give a bad review for a vacation, but this one is so unbearable that I need to complain! First of all, when I checked in on the first day, the guy at the front desk who could speak Chinese told me that drinks were free but snacks were charged. Then I drank 2 cans of Coke during my 4 nights stay. When I checked out, the Thai receptionist told me that the minibar would be charged. Everyone should pay attention! I asked her to find a guy who could speak Chinese to confront her, but she said he was off today! Since I had booked a car and was in a hurry to leave, I didn't continue to talk to her! Then I found the management was very chaotic when I had breakfast these days. Sure enough, today, the last day, I went to have breakfast around 7:30, and 2 people came and asked for the room number 3 times respectively. It gave me a very, very bad impression. Moreover, there are very few types of breakfast here, and all the breakfast fruits are full of insects. I picked up a passion fruit, and hundreds of insects flew around instantly. It is not what a thousand-dollar hotel breakfast should be like at all! Also, we went out on the second day of our stay, and when we returned in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned. We asked them at least 5 times, and they finally came to clean it at 17:30! Because I was in a hurry to take a shower, I used dirty towels! Then at night, when I was lying on the sofa, a cockroach fell from the sky and landed on my thigh. I was shocked. . . I stayed in a room on the second floor of the terrace. When I was packing my suitcase before leaving, I found that it was full of small ants. . I'm breaking down! ! ! If you are afraid of insects, please choose this one! ! In short, if you have the conditions, it is better to live in the city center! The service and environment here don't match well! I also remember one time when I was checking in, I was sitting on a chair and when I sat down, the chair was wet. I told them about it but they didn't even apologize, and my pants were wet. . . . Someone must have sat down on that cotton chair after swimming! ! Anyway, it's very bad! ! ! ! Will never consider this place again! Oh, yes. . . The chocolate time was delivered once on our first day of stay, and there were very few choices, not even water was provided! The front desk clerk also told me that the Thai food in their hotel restaurant tasted good, and I believed him. I went there to eat on the first day, and I had never eaten such a terrible Thai food! ! ! 1 rice, 1 fried noodle, 1 cup of mango smoothie cost 1285 baht. I could have gone and robbed them, but they gave me the rice instead. . . . .
