I wanted it to be pretty good, but there are some nuances, firstly it is located near the railway, secondly there is no direct road to the beach, you have to go around something all the time, thirdly there is no normal smoking area. In short, if you just stay for one or two nights, then it will do, but if you come to Hua Hin for a vacation, then I advise you to choose a hotel closer to the sea, so as not to engage in a constant quest with finding a convenient road to the hotel and back.
