Coming to play golf and stay at the hotel here is more convenient than staying outside. The accommodation is clean, the staff provides excellent service, and provides convenience as needed.

The place is beautiful however, when we got there, the swimming pool was closed. The hot tub was closed. The bar by the pool was closed. One of the main restaurants were closed and the greens were sanded when I asked the general manager about it in an email, they just said something had to be repaired. Try us back another time. Well if they had just told me that I would’ve planned another date to attend I can’t understand why I had to pay for all the amenities that were not Available And when I spoke to the front desk, nobody even cared so my advice would be if you plan on attending there as very specific questions on the availability of their amenities. The sad thing is the day we left is when they open the pool easily. I could’ve arranged to stay that day instead of the two days prior, why didn’t they let me know

Mission Inn Resort is an absolute gem you may have forgotten or never known about. For golfers, the El Campeon and Las Colinas courses are unmatched in Florida. I did a scouting trip there in December for my golf group and was so impressed with what Mission Inn has to offer, our group is headed back there In January. At first it was a nightmare for me because I booked I thought with Mission Inn come to find out it was with Reservation Stays. My husband became ill the day we were to travel. I called Mission Inn to see if I could change to another date although they were willing to help me Reservation Stays were not. So I went by myself to visit our Great twin granddaughters it was a 5 hour trip. I was exhausted Mission Inn staff treated me like family, the front desk put me in a very nice room, they had the bellhop take me to my room. It’s a wonderful place, warm, friendly , nice restaurants and bar. The landscape is amazing. I can’t wait to go back with my husband.

This is a classic old resort that we have stayed at previously and visited again for a short getaway. It is in the process of being refurbished, which it badly needs , but will remain a somewhat tired resort. New room furnishings are not at all comfortable so don't plan on spending time relaxing in your room. Rooms are adequate but old style with small bathrooms, dirty floor grout and old style low toilets. For some reason, housekeeping is oblivious to any sense of urgency in cleaning our room even though it is 3:30 and we are sitting in the hallway waiting. This kind of service is inexcusable and results in it being a hotel to which we will not likely return. The golf courses are excellent so if you're going on a buddy trip to play golf, it would be acceptable. Front desk and restaurant service was excellent, just rooms are dated.

I loved the staff very accomadating. However they let me double book. Then unforunatel my two sons got bit by Bed Bugs.
