Roaches! They have roaches in their rooms. Checked in on 7/26 to a room infested with them. Front desk didn’t care. Room 222 is nasty AF

DO NOT STAY at this hotel - BED BUGS!! (July 19, 2025) This hotel needs TREATED for BED BUGS before you stay! On July 19th, 2025, I found a bed bug crawling in my bed toward me under the sheets while staying here. I was lying under the covers when my partner pulled up the sheet to get into bed, and we discovered a bed bug crawling toward my body in between the sheets. At first, it froze, but when we opened the blinds to take a better look, it scurried away. Im attaching a few photos we took for proof to show the hotel, but it happened so fast they are not the best quality. I’ve had bed bugs before 10 years ago, so I’m very familiar with what they look like and the serious problems they can cause, both financially and mentally. My partner immediately reported it to the front desk. The staff member offered to move us to another room, and claimed it was the first time she had heard of bed bugs being an issue. (Honestly, what else could she say? I wouldn’t expect her to confirm it.) We immediately got our things and left the hotel, and still feel significantly uneasy and nervous about our items that were in the hotel room, and if we accidentally got any hitch hikers in our belongings that are now in our car/going back to our homes with us. I strongly advise you to avoid this place until they properly treat their rooms for bed bugs. These pests can quickly spread from room to room and floor to floor, and it will only get worse.

I paid for king suite even paid the extra for upgrade above pool didnt get that room. Elevators dont work neither does ice machin on bottom floor only ice machine working is on 3rd floor. Still I did not complain until im loading stuff up to leave and they locked me out the hotel room at 1045 . Check out is not until 11. Leaving a 7 yr old in the room alone unable to get to her. Before any one says anything about child being left alone in room its right next to the side door where I was parked so I could load stuff up while she finished packing up her toys. Make sure to have all your belongings out at least a half hour before check out time or you'll lose them coming here

The staff were unbelievably kind to us when I needed to book multiple rooms last minute for a one-night stay for my extended family. The booking process was simple. The rooms were clean. I highly recommend for ease, comfort and hospitality.

Not enough towels in room

The staff and amenities were all great. Beds were soft but firm, we slept great! Quite on a Saturday night. Made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety and it was good. Location was perfect for what we needed. The pool/sauna area is nice. Things could use some updating but overall stay was great!
