Hampton Inn & Suites Houston I-10 West Park Row

Stay clear if I could do less then 1 star I would. The carpets in the room were so dirty it left dirt on feet … by the time we realized I thought give them the benefit of of making it right… have them clean again in the morning. The thing that threw me over was the pool in the morning the black alge we seen after getting in the pool was crazy! Could not get out fast enough !! I talked to hotel staff and sweet lady said GM is here let me talk to her … We paid with points and I requested them back and was assured by the front desk gal that they would be given back. And the GM that didn’t feel it necessary to come talk to me is now not giving them back because we stayed one night … From my understanding, Hampton or Hilton in general has a satisfaction guaranteed Anyway here is my trip review pay the extra somewhere else its not worth saving a few bucks

Super upset with one of the rooms . It had some kind of bugs. Was bitten all over body Hard to believe for that type of establishment

Clean enough, nice enough, room for improvement The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was just ok. Ive had much better options in other locations, but everything seemed fresh. The bed was sort of broken down feeling and the chaise in the room was kind of dingy looking, making me not want to sit on it. Also, there weren’t some of the small amenities I've become accustomed to, like makeup wipes and a makeup/adjustable mirror. The coffee service tray was not reatocked, and there were used items left on it.

Everything was perfect.

Friendly staff, immaculate, and good location Fromt desk staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful!
